Initially, the client contact us to know more about our profiency in the field and our skill set in detail - To initiate this process, our Business Development Team will get in to action - One of our Business Development Executives(BDT) will contact the client to know the exact needs of the client and collect all the requirements in detail from the client.

After collecting the complete requirements/needs from the client, the BDT will analyze/discuss with the technical analysts about the client's requirements. In this stage, the BDT team with the technical analysts regularly be in touch with the client to know about the expertise level he is looking for..

The above step 2 will conclude in selecting the perfect resource for the client's needs and sharing the selected resource's work history like his experience and personal skills and also his past websites, etc.,

Once the step 3 over, the client looks to talk with the selected developer directly to know more about him and so in this step 4, BDT will arrange a meeting place(interview) for the client and the developer to meet and know each other clearly - This will be very very transparent process in all time where the interview time, interview process, interview mode are decided by the client only.

After finishing the interview process successfully, client selects the developer and will give a word to the BDT to block that particular resource and ask for the further steps.

In this process, the client and the BDT talks about the payment structures and contract items clearly and the start date also - After coming to a single track of understanding in this step, the client will sign the contract with the initial payment as per the deal.

This step is called pre-project where the developer and client start discussing on the upcoming project's tasks and the medium of reporting and project management tools etc.. This step will goes to around 08 to 16 hours compeltely.

Once the above step 7 completed - the client will add the tasks in the project management tool with the priority of urgency and also adding the project manager in to this stage to review the tasks and development process of the developer - After this stage, the project manager will review regularly for the developer's code and the status of the tasks..

This is the final step, where the developer will be assigned to the client as per the contract and the developer will start the work with the client on date as per the deal up-to the contract period - The "Real Time Project" starts from here.
